Typically, newborn photos are best done 5-14 days after baby has arrived. They're usually the sleepiest and easiest to work with at this age, any older and they get a bit fussier and may get baby acne. However, since I'm a lifestyle photographer, I can work with babies up to 2 months old, so if you've got an older newborn, don't hesitate to reach out! I'll always try my best to fit you into my schedule.

Always! I'm a lifestyle photographer, so my goal is to capture connection and emotion. That includes with baby, parents, and siblings! And maybe a pet too!

Yes of course! During our planning session, we will talk about all of the ways we can customize your session, including bringing your own personal touch!

You've got lots of options! My most important suggestion, is something that makes you comfortable. If you're uncomfortable in your clothes, you'll see it in your photos. I'd love to think that I am, but I'm not magician! During our planning session, we will talk outfits in great detail, so you know you'll end up with photos that make you feel like yourself! I also have some gorgeous pieces for baby, including some wraps and outfits!

I typically shoot newborn sessions in your own home! If weather permits, we can also do your session outdoors at one of my favourite, hand-picked locations.

Newborn sessions last anywhere between 2-3 hours. I like to make sure we have plenty of time to capture stunning shots you'll treasure and feel relaxed! My newborn sessions are baby-led, which means I work around baby's needs! I schedule tons of time for feedings and changes, so the session is stress-free!

Newborns are so vulnerable, and I take your health and the health of your baby very seriously. I will wear a mask for the entire session, keep as distant as possible, sanitize my equipment, and more. I take my temperature every day, and I also always have a bottle of sanitizer in my bag!
